Damages, Issues & Refunds

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, contact us via WhatsApp (0317-3736607) within 48 hours of delivery.

To report an issue, you must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video showing the parcel being opened from the beginning.
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the problem.

Once we review and verify the issue, we will provide further instructions regarding the return process. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. If the refund is approved, it will be issued through the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process the refund.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for a refund or replacement. For any return, refund, or product-related concerns, please contact us via WhatsApp (0317-3736607). ✅
